During PROMOTIONS, SALE or HIGH SEASON it is possible that your order may have a longer delivery time than usual.
The companies in charge of shipping and returns are CorreosExpress, Correos, UPS and DHL.
Delivery address
The delivery of the order will be made at the address you have specified during the purchase process on the Web. The carrier will send you a text message indicating an approximate time of delivery, where you can also modify it. Once the package is going to be delivered, if you are absent, the courier will try to reach you by phone. If he is unsuccessful, he will leave a notice in a visible place (front door, mailbox, etc.) with a contact telephone number for you to request a new delivery. The second delivery will be made on the date agreed upon by telephone. In the event that delivery cannot be made during this second attempt, the package will be deposited at the agency until a new delivery date is agreed upon.
In the event that 15 days after your order is available for delivery, and the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, the courier service will return the package to us. As a consequence of the re-shipment of the package, the customer will have to pay again the amount of the shipping costs for us to resend the package to his address. If you ask us to refund the money because you do not want to pay them again, the total amount will be credited on a gift card for the time that the goods have been stopped.

Deliveries are made between 24 and 72 hours (working days) with a cost of 5,95€. We try to ensure that our service is the best and that delivery times are met at all times, so below is a table with more information (which is met under normal conditions):

* No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays. It may be that in busy times such as Christmas, our carrier reinforces the service and deliveries also on Saturdays. But they will have an extra cost to be paid by the customer (Ask us through any of the Customer Service channels below).
*When the order has been placed with a promotion (free shipping, discounts, Black Friday, sales, etc.), or is a period of high sales , the shipment may take longer than indicated in the table above.
*Orders to the Canary Islands may be delayed a little longer than usual if they are stopped at customs. This is a random occurrence and is totally unrelated to THE-ARE.
As we are constantly sewing garments and our workshop is not very large, on very exceptional occasions, delivery may be delayed because we do not have the garments made on schedule. In that case, we will contact you to confirm the exact date.
If you have made a pre-order purchase, check the indications of that product to find out what your delivery date will be.
Western Europe and USA:
Shipments take between 3-7 days. Starting from the day after the order is placed. Cost: calculated at checkout, as it depends on the country of destination.
Rest of the world:
Consult.
*When an order is refused on delivery and is returned to our warehouse, we will never refund the price of shipping, regardless of whether the shipment was free or not.
*In shipments from outside the European Union or the Canary Islands, we do not take charge of the payment of customs, tariffs, or any other tax. These must be paid by the final customer. If the order is returned to us for not having been accepted, we will deduct the charge from the return of the package.
How long do I have to make an exchange or return?
You have 14 calendar days to request an exchange or return from the day you receive it. And a total of 20 calendar days from the day you receive it, for it to reach our facilities. In case it is a store pickup, the 14 calendar days begin to count when we notify you that the order arrived at the store.
If the return is not requested within 14 days or if it does not reach us within 20 days after you received your order, it will be rejected and you will have to pay the shipping costs for us to send it back to you, or send us your transport company, prior notice and authorization from us.
To approve the return we will check that the product(s) is (are) in perfect condition, in its original box, unused, no signs of use, no odors, unwashed and with their labels.
*Combo garments that are purchased together, such as the bathroom, must be returned together.
*In 2x1 promotions we will refund the money back as long as both garments are returned new, unworn and with their tags.
*Inpromotions in which we give away accessories, we will refund the money back as long as the accessories are included.
How do I make an exchange?
At the moment, we only accept size exchange requests directly in Spain and Portugal, excluding the Canary Islands.
Size exchange: access our platform by clicking here and follow the steps (If a garment has been purchased with a sale or promotion price and you want to make an exchange, the initial purchase price will be respected, and vice versa).
Exchange for another garment: access our platform by clicking here and follow the steps. As soon as we receive the returned garment, we will check that it is correct and we will send you the new garment as soon as possible so that you can have it as soon as possible. Remember: If you exchange the garment for another of a lower price, the difference in price will be paid through a gift card to redeem in our store.
The first exchange is free of charge.

To make a return from the Canary Islands, you have to send the package from the National Post Office and send the package by registered mail.

Do you refund the money?
Yes, after approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition), you will receive a confirmation email indicating the amount. And it will be made in the same payment method in which the purchase was made or with a gift card without expiration date. As you have chosen. We only reimburse the cost of the products, never the shipping costs. In the event that we reject your return for items that are not in perfect condition or are out of date, you will receive an email telling you so.

How long does it take for a refund to appear in my bank?
We process returns within a maximum of 5 calendar days from the time we receive them in our warehouse. It usually takes between 5-14 working days for you to receive your refund. It depends on your bank.
What can't I return? Can I return accessories or complements?
Any accessory or complement (jewelry, belts, headbands, scarves, hats, bags, etc.) that appears on the website, even if it is not in the accessories section, and/or any customized or made-to-measure garment cannot be exchanged or returned.
